Licence & Terms of Use

Scope

Assets shared via a private package link are provided to the named recipient for editorial and partner use in connection with reporting on, or collaboration with, the Austrian Postal Service. Access is personal to the recipient and the link should not be forwarded without permission.

Permitted use

Unless an individual asset states otherwise, you may use the materials to:

• illustrate editorial coverage in print, broadcast and digital media;
• reproduce assets in news articles, features and partner communications;
• resize, crop and colour-correct for layout, provided the meaning is not altered.

Attribution

Each asset must be credited. Use the photographer or production credit shown on the asset where stated; otherwise use the default credit:

Restrictions

• No use that is defamatory, misleading, or that implies endorsement of a product, party or position.
• No onward distribution, resale or sub-licensing of the original files.
• No use of identifiable individuals in a way that misrepresents them.
• Logos and brand assets must follow the published brand guidelines and may not be modified.

Embargoes

Where a package carries an embargo, the materials may not be published before the stated embargo date and time. Downloads remain locked until the embargo lifts, and breaking an embargo may result in withdrawal of future early access.

Term & expiry

Each share link has an expiry date, after which access closes automatically. The licence to use already-downloaded assets continues for the editorial purpose for which they were provided, subject to these terms.

No warranty

Assets are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take care to clear the rights necessary for editorial use, recipients remain responsible for ensuring their specific use complies with applicable law.
